Learn & Grow is a series of recorded discussions with Dr. addyson tucker, PsyD (they/them). These offerings are geared toward trans-affirming and trans-centering providers, as well as 2STNB adults who are interested in learning more.

Gender Affirming Surgery Overview (Reducing 'Gatekeeping' through a Liberation Lens)
This Learn & Grow acts as a precursor to addyson's highly requested advanced GAS training.
We'll focus on an overview of navigating the assessment process (i.e., what to expect both as the person seeking a letter and also for the providers offering this important service). We will briefly touch on the changes in the standards of care version 8 as well.

RATES - ECONOMIC JUSTICE TIERED MODEL
Rates are based on an economic justice tiered model with equity pricing options. Pre-recorded Learn & Grow discussions include access to the video with captions (zoom), as well as the slides and any resources shared.
Individual Rates for Learn & Grow Series
Tier A: Supporter (Standard + Partial Sponsor - $100)
This rate supports colleagues that cannot financially manage the standard rates.
Tier B: Sustainer (Standard Cost - $75)
Actual cost of this webinar & included resources)
Tier C: Community (Discount supported by colleagues - $50)
For providers who are primarily serving marginalized communities, community mental health settings, paying the standard rate would create hardship, etc)
*Note: If the Tier C rate remains unaffordable for you, please contact addyson directly to let them know. Equity spots are available for pay what you can pricing, or addyson can also suggest other similar trainings that are lower cost and/or free of charge.

1) Choose your rate: Please choose your rate based on the info below (no questions asked, based on the consensual payment model within my economic justice tier system). The standard cost of offering this actual training live is $3-600/hour (1-2.5 hours with option for additional discussion and/or consultation before/after the presentation).

Tier B: Sustainer (Standard Rate - actual cost of this webinar with a discount for multiple registrations)

2) Send a List of Participant Emails: I will need to give each person separate access to the course.
3) Invoicing/Payment: Rather than teachable (which is geared toward individual payment), you’ll be invoiced through Wave to pay directly (payment can be made through ach or credit). After payment is complete, the participants you have requested registration for will be given access to the course.

This is a monthly ‘learn & grow’ discussion series with Dr. addyson tucker, PsyD (they/them). These offerings are geared to trans-affirming providers and/or 2STGNB adults who center and celebrate transness.
What is included with purchase?
All of these pre-recorded discussions were held via Zoom with access to captioning. After finalizing payment, you'll receive access to the recording with captioning, as well as any slides or resources that were shared (by request, can provide a text transcript and/or audio file).
Can I purchase this for multiple people on my team?
Through this link, the recording & slides are accessible to one (1) person per registration. Please feel free to reach out directly to request rates for group/organization access, as well as the option of a post-viewing Q&A consultation.
What are the rates for purchasing the Learn & Grow?
Rates are based on a tiered economic justice model, with discounts for purchasing two or more recordings. The price indicated is the suggested standard rate for purchasing one or more Learn & Grow recorded sessions. When choosing your rate, please consider your social location and access to resources. This is consensual 'pay what you can,' no questions asked system.
This includes a suggested equity discount price (typically utilized by those in marginalized communities who cannot afford the standard rate), as well as a ‘supporter/sponsor rate for those who have the resources to pay for themselves and would also like to partially sponsor someone who cannot afford the standard cost. If these rates are inaccessible and/or you would like to pay a different amount than the options provided, please email addyson directly before registering.
