Services I Offer

Through my part-time practice, I aim to offer services from frameworks of anti-racism, gender liberation, and fat body positivity from an authentic and wholehearted approach.
This includes counseling services, consultation/supervision, and training/education.

Psychotherapy & Assessments

Counseling + Gender Affirming Treatment

  • Primarily individual counseling for adults + occasional group treatment.

  • Stand-alone referral assessments for trans affirming medical procedures/surgery.

  • Consultations for letters for legal name or gender marker change, safe passage/travel, and hormones.

Session Fees & Insurance:

  • Weekly or biweekly for 53-55 minutes

  • 30 min sessions may be considered

  • BCBS, Cigna, & Tufts Health Plan

  • Full-pay rates range between $100 and $220

  • Sliding scale options for low income folx, as well as trans/nonbinary and BIPOC adults whose insurance I do not take.

Supervision & Consultation

1:1 Support for Providers/Clinicians

  • For clinicians working with members of the queer, trans, and gender nonbinary community

  • Individual supervision and consultation services for various topics related to clinical practice & surgery evaluations.

  • Approached from similar lenses to my clinical work, focusing on interpersonal process, awareness of power & oppression, and through a developmental lens.

  • As needed frequency for 30-60 minutes.

  • Same rates as individual treatment, unless otherwise discussed - sliding rate considered for low income people (e.g., those working in non-profit with queer and trans BIPOC communities).

Training & Education

Workshops & Training for Groups

  • For university counseling centers, group practices, community mental health centers, student affairs professionals, and administrative staff.

  • Training, consultation, and workshops offered on providing affirming care for the trans and gender nonbinary community, including the provision of surgery assessments/referral letters (considering role as a cisgender clinician).

  • Two-hour minimum, half day encouraged.

  • Rates depend on request & location.

  • Discounted rates for nonprofit groups that serve primarily low income trans/nonbinary and BIPOC communities.
